My journey began in hospitality, where I developed a deep appreciation for human interaction and emotional intelligence. I moved into e-commerce, learning how to bridge user needs with platform capabilities, and later into Tech SaaS, where I used data analytics and strategic communication to craft creative solutions for enterprise clients.

At every stage, I’ve been guided by the same instinct: to learn deeply, adapt thoughtfully, and design better outcomes—for people, systems, and organizations. Over time, I realized my passion lies not in the metrics alone, but in the process of designing solutions that connect, clarify, and endure.

Now, I’m channeling the full arc of my experience into user-centered design and product thinking. I’m no longer content staying where I’m skilled—I’m choosing to grow where curiosity and capability meet. As the saying goes, “Let your skills make a living, but let your passions build a life.”
