
My journey began in hospitality, where I developed a deep appreciation for human interaction and emotional intelligence. I moved into e-commerce, learning how to bridge user needs with platform capabilities, and later into Tech SaaS, where I used data analytics and strategic communication to craft creative solutions for enterprise clients.
Seeing how product decisions shaped customer outcomes sparked my passion for user experience and product design. I wanted to move from reacting to challenges to proactively creating solutions that bridge user needs and business goals.
Now, I’m channeling the full arc of my experience into user-centered design and product thinking. I’m no longer content staying where I’m skilled—I’m choosing to grow where curiosity and capability meet. As the saying goes, “Let your skills make a living, but let your passions build a life.”
